You are a faculty member, student or staff member in the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Yale University Health Services, Benefits Office or Department of Psychology's clinics AND you create, access or receive electronic protected health information (ePHI) or have oversight responsibilities of staff who do.
OR
You are an IT support provider for one or more people in the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Yale University Health Services, Benefits Office or Department of Psychology's clinics.

HIPAA Security Training for Business Managers

You are a business manager in the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Yale University Health Services, Benefits Office or Department of Psychology's clinics

General Security Training
You use email or other networked resources, are a faculty member, student or staff member in the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Yale University Health Services, Benefits Office or Department of Psychology's clinics and you DO NOT create, access or receive electronic protected health information (ePHI) or DO NOT have oversight responsibilities or provide IT support for staff who do.
