This session focuses on the definition of sexual harassment and describes the kinds of behavior that courts have held to constitute illegal sexual harassment. In addition to explaining the University's policy prohibiting sexual harassment, the course covers the many different resources and options available to Yale employees to avoid, address, and stop sexual harassment. There is also a sexual harassment course for supervisors entitled Sexual Harassment Training for Supervisors.
